Introduction

90-65-40U+S2X4.15F 2L high production blow molding machine is utilized for production of lubrication bottles, cleaning stuff bottles, toys, auto parts and other plastic articles whose volume is between 1 and 2 L. Available plastic materials are PE, PP, PS, PC, PVC, etc. Take production of dishwasher detergent bottle for example, suppose that this bottle is 1500 ml and 103 g, then, this detergent bottle blow moulding equipment can bring out 1200 bottles per hour, 28800 per day, and 10.08 million per year.

Advantages

  • 1. In this high production blow molding machine, super harden guide column plus front linear guide rail is applied. Thus, it features small mechanical friction, strong wear resistance, stably fast moving speed.
  • 2. Double proportional vale is applied to control oil speed and pressure in the oil channel. Besides, reversing valve is used for flow direction control, and reduction valve for brake.
  • 3. Mould locking force is uniform due to special design for the mould to bear stress.
