1. Do you offer after-sales service?

yes ,we do.

First, our machine has Remote Maintenance function(optional choice when you placing the order to us), which means if your machine has some software crush down or data missed, you could connect your machine to the internet and we could updated or recover factory setting.
Second, we could offer online instruction through Skype account, which means we could tell you what caused to your machine's unsatisfied performance when you show us how your machines runs through online video, and our engineers will figure it out together with you.
Third, we could send our engineers to your country, they are all experienced in repairing machine and working abroad. and they are exclusive for oversea sales.
Our service team contains 20 technicians for domestic clients and 5 technicians for abroad, All of the technicians specialize in electric appliance, hydraulic pressure, machinery and plastics processing. We have 12 service cars in the team in order to solve all the problems for our clients immediately. Also we established special phone line, particularly the VIP line can coordinate all the departments of the company to deal with the processing, purchasing of emergency accessories for the clients and service complaints.
